10/12/2011	During the night a hole developed in the flume line and released manure ontop of the ground until it was discovered this morning. They have dug reception pits to capture the manure and are using a vac truck to suck up the manure for land application. No waters of the state or tile intakes are involved.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
