10/12/2011	Tyson is preparing to have the wet well cleaned by Roto Rooter. Eric is being asked to pump the material into another contractor's truck and it will then be land applied. Eric had questions about Roto Rooter's liability concerning the land application if things aren't done right. I told him if they are only pumping to the truck and have no part in the land application we would not hold Roto Rooter responsible for land application violations.	BRIAN JERGENSON
