9/21/2011 Doug Miller, Kossuth County Engineer, asked me to check if they could send a diatomaceous earth waste stream to Chamness Composting in Eddyville. I called Matt McDonald and he said they were permitted for that waste stream. We had previously resolved the issue of getting authorization to ship it out of the Planning Area. See email train. AGP can send it there, or they can try to get it into Rural Iowa Landfill in Eldora, which is a lot closer. Regards, David DAVID MILLER
