8/17/2011 On 08/17/2011 at 1333 Mr. Steiff called in regarding to the e-mails concerning the recovation letter of July 13, 2011. We discussed permit #04-A-592. Mr. Steiff indicated that the letter he had submitted only requested permit #04-A-592, and not permit #04-A-592-S1. We also discussed the other permits, noted in the report dated June 3, 2011, that the facility should consider rescinding. Mr. Steiff indicated that those permits, (#95-A-217-S2; #96-A-1078-S1 & #96-A-1079-S1) had been rescinded. He compared his letter to the letter from DNR to ensure the permits he had requested to be rescinded were actually the ones rescinded. He indicated that they were. As the call concluded, Mr. Steiff indicated that he would write another letter requesting permit #04-A-592-S1 be rescinded. I checked the files and found the letter, dated June 28, 2011, rescinding permits #95-A-217-S2, #96-A-1078-S1 & #96-A-1079-S1. MARK HEIDERSCHEIT
