8/17/2011 On 08/16/2011 at ~0737 I e-mailed Kelli Book, DNR Legal, Robert Steiff, Whirlpool Corp., and Denise Tucker, Whirlpool Corp., regarding the revocation letter of July 13, 2011. Per the letter, permit #04-A-592 had been rescinded. However, the permit had been modified and identified as permit #04-A-592-S1. Ms. Book responded at ~1426 indicating that the letter was for permit #04-A-592; and if they meant permit #04-A-592-S1 than they would need to make a new request. MARK HEIDERSCHEIT
