8/16/2011	Dubuque County landfill Supervisor. I am trying to get a handle on how widespread the flooding problems were over the last couple of days. Did Manchester get hit hard? I am wondering how much extra solid waste to expect to be coming to the landfill this week. No, Manchester got a couple of inches of rain, but had no flooding. The heavy rains stared east of us all the way to Dubuque. Dyersville may be an issue. I am not sure about Earlville. Obviously, Peosta, Epworth, and Farley were all hit really hard.	DOUG HAWKER
