6/10/2009	Mike Nilles called from the Chamness - Eddyville facility. He reported that they had received heavy rains, about 4.3" over the last four days. The east pond is full and starting to run over. The fields are to wet for land application. He was going to try pumping from east to west pond, but the west pond is full too. I suggested he try pumping to their tank trucks if that would give him any usable capacity. He said that would be about 18,000 gallons and he would try it.	PAUL BRANDT
