7/21/2011	Mark called 7/20 3:45p to ask about reusing slag from Griffin Wheel or lime waste from the water plant as fill material. The fill is for a foundation of a building that the city had to demolish. I emailed him on 7/21 and provided the rules for beneficial reuse. I gave him Matt McDonald's contact info if he wished to pursue the matter further or had questions.	BRIAN LEE
