7/18/2011	Randy called to see if it was o.k. to remove water from the stream that flows between the feedlots to mist the cattle. I told Randy as long as he didn't withdrawal more than 25,000 gal/day he would not need a permit. He stated the lagoon was about half full and was planning to do some irrigating in the next couple of days.	JEFF PRIER
