7/6/2011	Said his MMP has been submitted and we should have it in the office now. The basin was cleaned out, but no solids have been applied. The contractor is supposed to return for basin work this week and be done by next week, however he is not meeting his July 1st deadline. He stated there is no runoff to any water of the state. He will keep us informed of his progress.	CINDY MARTENS
