6/30/2011	Jason is considering buying this facility and wanted to know if it could be expanded. I discussed this with Paul Petitti and based on the original construction permit the facility can expand up to 2024 head without a construction permit. The expansion would have to meet current concrete standards and submit a MMP id it expanded over 500 AU.	ERIC WIKLUND
