6/24/2011	Kris working with Gary for MMP required by Ken at last inspection. He wanted to know what fees would be required. Based on what I coul see from FOCD, I told him to submit filing and indemnity fees and that it should be in here by July 1st. It did not appear that we were looking to fine him as no NOV had been issued.	LOIS BENSON
