6/15/2011	Tom Buchholz, site manager of Central Disposal, called regarding the leachate seep, about which we were engaged in active discussions. On 14JUN11 they excavated 18 feet into the waste and found a couple clay lenses upon which leachate was perched. When they broke through the leachate drained vertically. They packed the area with gravel and sealed it with clay. Mr. Buchholz believes this will resolve the issue.	DAVID MILLER
