6/13/2011	From: Gastineau, Janet [DNR] Sent: Monday, June 13, 2011 8:26 AM To: 'McCurnin, Mike'; Graham, David Subject: Saylorville LRV May 2011 MOR We never really got to the bottom of what the set points are for automatic shutdown or alarming for LRVs approaching 4.0 or below 4.0 when we were at the facility earlier this month. But from the looks of May 12/13 for UF train #1 it should be set higher. Did the filter automatically shutdown on 5/13/2011? For now, why don’t you report these alarms (and actions taken) on your MOR or provide a 24 hour FYI notification to the department. Honestly we haven’t decided what to do with these yet and I understand some of this may still be start-up whoa. There seems to be some variation day to day when the MIT is run—what determines this? I thought it was automatic at a certain time of day.	JANET GASTINEAU
