6/3/2011 I have communicated with People Service, operator by affidavit, for Sapp Brothers PWS located at Exit 10 off of Interstate 29. This PWS also provides water to all of the businesses in this area including restaurants, motels, Culligan, etc. The water treatment plant has been sandbagged. They will raise the vent on the well, sandbag around the well inside the other dike, and wrap the well. All water service lines will be shut down as the businesses are vacated. They are also installing extensions on all hydrants and will be taking additional steps to protect the filters from getting water inside. They will remove all electrical equipment, chemical pumps, and the dehumidifier. They will contact us when the evacuation begins, as we will suspend all monitoring requirements. KEITH WILKEN
