6/2/2011	On 6/2 the following email was sent: Stoney: Please see the automatic reply message you received today from submitting your EMOR and also the Instructions for EMORs which were sent to you with the EMOR template concerning blank columns and the use of indicators. On the Fremont Farms 5-11 EMOR please use an indicator for each column you have left blank when you have no results to report in them on the Effluent tab and also on the Operational tab of the EMOR (on the Influent tab the bypass column is the only column that can be left blank). Also, the cell depths for example should have 12.5 entered not 12’6” (also in the Instructions). If you have any questions regarding reporting requirements on the EMORs, please contact Tom Atkinson at 515-725-0371 or you can contact him by email at tomatkinson@dnr.iowa.gov. Please revise this 5/11 EMOR as soon as possible and also note that you have not revised the cell depths on the 4/11 EMOR which needs to be revised and resent (today, please).
