5/12/2011 Kofi called today to ask how to fill out the temperature column on the eMOR for Outfall 010. The NPDES permit requires that the temperature be monitored monthly and the 30 day average and the daily maximum be entered in to the TEMP column on the Effluent page for Outfall 010. I contacted Wendy Hieb, who told me that the permit doesn't contain a limit for 30-day average, only daily maximum. They must enter the daily maximum only into that column on the eMOR. I called Kofi back and explained that to him. I told him they must calculate the 30 day average and keep that information but only enter the daily max on the eMOR. SUSAN MILLER
