5/10/2011	Brandon called last week asking who to talk to about a condition in their pesticide application permit that says they have to wait three days to use the water after the application. I directed him to Mike Anderson. Brandon called back 5/9/2011 to let me know Mike said they did not have to comply with this condition since it is drinking water source water. Brandon just wanted to make sure this was enough documentation. I told him if Mike told him verbally that it was OK, then it was and I would document our discussion as well.	JANET GASTINEAU
