5/9/2011	On 5/9 I sent the following email: Lindsey: On the ISU Power Plant 4/11 EMOR and also the 3/11 EMOR on the CL Dur column you have entered a zero. See the automatic reply message and also the Instructions for EMORs as our system does not recognize zeros and automatically uploaded 7-Not Reported as an indicator for this column. You need to use an indicator of either 3-Operation Shutdown or 6-Not Required for this column. If you have any questions regarding reporting requirements on the EMORs, please contact either Kate Bason at 515-725-0333 kate.bason@dnr.iowa.gov or Tom Atkinson at 515-725-0371 tomatkinson@dnr.iowa.gov .
