5/9/2011	Rob called to get a compliance report on this facility. I explained the leachate seep I found during a visit in December 2010. I also explained my observations during a visit in February 2011, in which the leachate seep had been partially repaired. Rob said he was checking to see if the facility could be used for disposal of RCRA wastes, but was doubtful after learning of their recent leachate control issues.	MICHELLE JOHNSON
