5/4/2011	Spoke with Dell to make sure the POA was completed. He said yes it was. They installed a 6 foot manhole for monitoring of the tile before it leaves their property. This manhole also has a shut off valve in case the water appears to be contaminated. This manhole is located next to the property line. They only found one tile line and it was 4 foot deep. They will monitor the tile when irrigating 2 times a day. He stated that purchasing more ground or renting more ground was not feasible in his area.	CINDY MARTENS
