4/13/2011	Jim received a call from the city of Belmond, asking if they could bring remnants of burned tree and tree trimmings to the transfer station. Jim told me the piles were mostly ash, but contained charred branches too. I told Jim the branches had to be removed and burned, but he could accept the ash for disposal.	MICHELLE JOHNSON
