4/7/2011	I returned a missed call from Curt (4/6, 1:45 pm) to discuss the storm water General Permit #1. Curt said he had filed the no exposure form for now, but planned to apply for the GP1 at some point. We discussed the application, fees, public notices, storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), and emergency response and remedial action plan (ERRAP).	BRIAN LEE
