4/4/2011	Called to ask about the separation distance requirement for a major water source as the West Branch of the Floyd River runs through the section where he is considering construction of a hog confinement building. He is looking into tiling out a small water source that is a tributary of the West Branch, but he may not have enough space to maintain 1000' from the river.
