3/30/2011	Had questions concerning the potential expansion of this site as Mrs. Graves is planning to construct an acreage to the north of this site. They own the land and have 3 year "no expansion" in the contract with Derners. They are moving a barn to the site in a month to convert it to a house. I suggest that she document the dates she speaks with the utility companies to connect her services.	JEFF PRIER
