3/15/2011	Stephen Cramer, with Glencore (owners/permit holder), called and questioned ownership of the landfill and to inquire about relinquishing ownership of the landfill property. I told him to submit a letter to me in this office outling the questions and desires of Glencore regarding operation and responsibility of the landfill. I also told him that the current issues within the site must be addressed and dealt with by Glencore as long as they are the permit holder. He did not inform me that the plan of action regarding remediation of issues was done or would be sent.	BRIAN LEE
