3/11/2011	03/11/2011 15:29 Jerry Van Dorin called the office regarding a complaint against Chamness in the Fall of 2010. He mentioned that he never got a copy of the toxicity information on the sampling that was done at the creek (Palustine Creek). He asked if I could send the toxicity information (analytical report) and copies of the photos and other complaint information. I checked with Jim Sievers in the office and he mentioned that the information could be sent. Mr. Van Dorin mentioned he would call back on 3/11/11 and let me know where to send the information.
