3/8/2011	Called to discuss my recent letter. Kenny has eliminated the overflow tube from the basin. Abe was advised that if the small receiving pen and grass waterway were not eliminated that Klines would need to go through permit process for medium CAFO. Abe stated that the feedlot will be reduced to less than 1,000 head open cattle and a confinement barn constructed...Abe was advised on separation distances for confinement...specifically to the nearby creek. If confinement and open lot is less than 1,000 head AND all open lot manure contained than a permit will not be required.	ALISON MANZ
