3/8/2011	Mike called to report head level exceedances in P3 of Phase V. The exceedances occurred during freezing rain weather conditions from February 21-23. He said their levels were 94, 105, and 102 inches on those respective dates. Mike said they have eight people picking litter, and they have been on site since yesterday. Weather conditions prevented them from picking litter earlier. Mike has resigned from his duties at the landfill and his last day is March 15.	MICHELLE JOHNSON
