2/7/2011 E-mail communication with Mr. Marsh re: Allen, Thanks for the pictures. Please note that the casing must extend a minimum of 12" above the ground surface. According to the picture, you may be pushing the 12" requirement. Additionally, the soil should be graded so as to slope away from the casing. The goal is to divert all surface drainage away from the well. According to the picture, it appears as though it has been graded fairly flat. Please respond as to how the above requirements will be met.
