5/27/2009	David Phillips of Barker Lemar Engineer called on behalf of the Great River Regional Waste Authority concerning permit renewal documents. They were not able to find copies of some older documents in their files or the landfill's files. In particular, he was looking for letters of clearances on environmental, historical, and archaeological reviews back around 1992 when the Phase II section of the landfill was constructed. I checked our old file in the archives around this timeframe. I had conducted the construction inspection back then, but there were no documents of the type that Mr. Phillips was looking for.
