12/22/2010	Called and stated that he wants to build a 4th barn and direct the manure to his existing earthen basin. The total AUs after expansion would be 1,760 so a construction permit is required. I contacted Pettiti and verified that an engineer will need to verify that the basin meets our curent standards in Chapter 65.	ALISON MANZ
