12/15/2010	Gene called - said the sand settling lane is nearly complete. Said that however, some manure (he said "maybe a spreader full" had spilled again from the concrete settling tank on the south side of the building - said this happened on Saturday night 12/11/2010 during a blizzard. He said they did not see it until the next day due to poor visibility. He said they would try to clean it up although it had now frozen.	BRANDON MINER
