12/8/2010	On 12/08/2010 Mr. Simmons called to follow up on the air inspection conducted on 12/07/2010. Mr. Simmons had called to say they the grinder logs which indicated that site locations and hours the grinder had been operating. He indicated that after I left he had spoke with their secretary who informed him that they had records for the grinder. Mr. Simmons indicated that he would fax a couple pages. The fax was received on 12/08/2010 at ~0929. The fax included a list of locations and addresses where the grinder was operated; and the hours it was operated. Refer to fax for more detail. In addition to the grinder, we discussed permitting if they obtain a new grinder to the current grinder being disabled.	MARK HEIDERSCHEIT
