12/6/2010	Joe asked me to send inspection reports to him. I told him to send a request--and include his email as we might eamail him them. I told him that the FOCD would be available to the public soon. He also discussed a perimeter fence issue at the SE end of the landfill. I told him they need to restrict access. He said David Reed is no longer a Supervisor--should send reports to Bill Lusher.	BILL GROSS
