11/4/2010	Steve called and asked about disposal of tree stumps caught in bridges from this past summer's flooding. He said the county engineer wants bring them to the landfill. I told him we would dicourage this practice (disaster declaration probably prevents us from disallowing it). I told him the could burn or bury them on the originating sites.	BILL GROSS
