11/4/2010	The landfill refused to accept some pipe wrap from Gary Michelson over asbestos concerns. I told the landfill the material was not subject to inspection since it came from a private residence. Bill was not aware of that exemption, but was still concerned about the asbestos. I told Bill I would email him the regulations so their staff understands all the exemptions.	MICHELLE JOHNSON
