11/3/2010	Spoke with both Puck Custom Pumping and Matt Van Baale with Kirkman Farms. An 8" underground line broke at a T in a field where they are already land applying manure. They observed the break as it happened. They went ahead and damned up the nearby ditches and brought in a pump truck, but didn't need any of it. It never left the field. They didn't even know if they needed to call us since they are currently land applying at the same location, but did so out of courtesy. I may follow up tomorrow. Unless directed otherwise, it doesn't appear as though this even warrants a spill number.	KEITH WILKEN
