11/2/2010	Matt called to ask what I found regarding the inspection of the new cell at Iowa County. I informed him that I was there 10/29 and everything looked good and all was ready to begin filling with waste. We discussed the southeast slope and the lack of sand at this time. Paper copy of the visit/inspection was sent to the solid waste section on 11/1.	BRIAN LEE
