11/1/2010	Was wondering if BH County landfill could begin constructing the access road down into the new cell. Not if it contains any SW material from the existing cells until such time as DNR FO1 staff actually do the final construction inspection of the new cell. This is scheduled for next week. IF they can use clean dirt, then it would be acceptable to begin putting in the new haul road.	DOUG HAWKER
