10/28/2010	Called and stated that a Shane Levell had a load of appliances to bring to Alters and provided a certification stating that he completed the Discarded Appliance Demanufacturing Training class with Barker and Lemar and that he talked to the DNR and was told that was adequate to be permitted. I advised them that the class is just part of the process for becoming certified..verified with Sue Johnson. I spoke with Matt Racey and relayed information to him as well and he stated that they won't accept unless they are certified.	ALISON MANZ
