10/27/2010	Discussed condition of control structures during this wet year. He stated that the SOFEBs got full, but never ran over and just backed up into the solid settling structures a bit. He owns his own application equipment and reported that they were properly pumped this spring and the fall pumping is ongoing. Also discussed NPDES permit renewal - renewal application paperwork should be sent out to him soon and then site will be assigned for a full NPDES inspection again.	SHEILA KENNY
