10/20/2010	Contacted Rick to find out status of lot this fall. Basin and all settling structures are empty. Rick repaired one spot of basin erosion. Jim Lane from NRCS came out but will wait until next year to do EQIP concrete work as it is too soft. Rick uses flood irrigation an traveling gun.	LOIS BENSON
