10/8/2010	Delaware County Supervisor. Had questions as to what paper work exists that allowed the County to temporarily stockpile the solid waste material coming out of the flood damaged Lake Delhi area at the closed Delaware County landfille. He was getting requests from FEMA for a copy of this paperwork. I told him that I would get him a copy of this paperwork from Des Moines ASAP and that I was positive that no permits were required for this temprorary storage as this was an emergency situation. I ultimately did get a copy of the paperwork from Rodney Tucker of the DNR CO ER section and hand delivered a copy to the Supervisor's office.	DOUG HAWKER
