9/27/2010	On September 23 I received an email stating that he would be holding off on a design upon completion of the 'Best Professional Judgement' committees final advice. I told Dr. Melvin that is okay unless the final advice doesn't come out for several more months...if that is the case, controls need to be implemented now.	ALISON MANZ
