9/2/2010	Spoke to Mike on telephone. As soon as possible will be hauling manure from the pit to neighbor's field with silage currently being cut. He said that it leaked some last year and that this spring he got in there and patched the cracks, but must have missed some or not done a good enough job. He also said that he may push up a dirt berm between the pit and the creek/waterway dirctly to the north.	BRANDON MINER
