9/2/2010	Rebecca Nott contacted the field office. Conditions have dried out enough to land apply wastewater and she wanted permission to use some of the sites I had looked at last spring, but had not been added to the WW permit yet. After reviewing, we gave a one-time authorization to apply wastewater. See attached letter.	PAUL BRANDT
