8/31/2010	Jim called to report a fire had occurred in their C & D trailer. The fire was contained to the trailer, which was parked in the west bay of the transfer station when it happened. No damage to the building was evident. Jim thinks the fire started from spoiled DDGs from the ethanol plant that were on top of wood shingles in the trailer. Jim said MSW is mixed with C & D when the amount of C & D is small; the entire load is then disposed of as MSW. Regarding the damaged doors from the storm earlier this summer, Jim said one door has been installed and the other door is being installed this week.	MICHELLE JOHNSON
