8/24/2010	Office visit from Phil to discuss the construction of a new building at this site. He plans to discontinue the use and close the two lagoons, discontinue the use of one of the exisitng buildings and then direct the manure from the other existing building still in use to the pit of the new building. Proper closure of the lagoons was explained one of which he plans to convert into a fishing pond. The AUC after all of this will remain the same with 2000 total spaces, 1000 head per building. I told Phil to include a detailed letter of what his plans were with the MMP and CDS.	BERT NOLL
