8/20/2010	After talking to Bill further, he does not know where the waste has previously been disposed in MN. I told Bill I was concerned that other disposal sites were being explored, rather than using their usual site. Bill said LNI's engineer did not see a problem with the material, but wanted the DNR's opinion. Bill said they probably would not accept the material.	MICHELLE JOHNSON
8/20/2010	Bill emailed me the following on 08/19/10: Hey Michelle, Sorry to bother you with this, but I need your expert opinion on this waste material. Waste Management has called asking if LNI would accept this waste material. Central Disposal will not accept it because it states that the material in its natural state can be water reactive. Even though Joe at Waste Management thinks there is no problem taking it, Waste Management’s screening process will not let them accept it at Central. I have reviewed it and so has Bob Bamsey. We would like to hear what you think. I am not familiar with mole sieve, but he says there is 60 – 80 tons. Thanks for your time. Bill	MICHELLE JOHNSON
